Driven by her entrepreneurial spirit, Ash founded her own recruitment company in 2014, specialising in serving Pharmaceutical, Biotech, and Medical device clients globally. Her commitment to transparent communication and building trust has resulted in frequent repeat business and a stellar reputation in the industry. While her recruitment business continues to thrive, property development is the core focus and passion of her entrepreneurial journey.
